We’re Doubling Down on Our Commitment to Equity

The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) recently announce it would remove equity from its DEI lexicon and lead with inclusion instead.

Our firm instead chooses to lead with an equity-first approach because until there is equity in and outside of organizations, we fail to see diversity reflected at every level of our workplaces. We fail to see inclusion in a meaningful way beyond performative measures. Given the backlash DEI is facing today, we too believe this work needs to be done differently, but we're focused on the "how" aspect because the "what" has and has always been clear.

We're looking for client partners who are willing to be bold and brave in the face of resistance. Leaders who are willing to lead with their values – every single time. Organizations who can see beyond the noise, distractions and divisiveness that exists today and look ahead to a brighter future. A future that uplifts everyone, especially those overlooked and at the margins.
