How the DEI Sprint process works:
Preparation
Participants complete pre-work and review onboarding materials including any audit or assessment results used to inform the sprint.
Week One
The sprint begins with two in-person days where we facilitate an interactive design workshop to inform solutions and/or prototypes. In the next two days, your Different team will engage in prototype development. On the fifth day, we begin virtual user testing with stakeholder interviews and focus groups.
Week Two
Spend one day reflecting on user feedback, 2-3 days refining the prototype and then rolling out the final deliverable, which includes an internal communications plan to help your team understand what’s been created.
