  • The series has three separate tracks. One for C-suite executives, one for senior leaders and managers (typically Director+), and one for individual contributors. We’ve also had DEI committees and Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders participate in this program with great success as well!

  • Absolutely. Our facilitators bring different lived experiences into the room, we delve into other diversity dimensions beyond just race and gender, and we offer up an optional add-on video storytelling package that serves to bring employee voices into the room.   • We believe the most impactful way to deliver the 3 modules is via a full day, in person workshop and our client partners agree. When that isn’t possible, we have delivered the modules virtually, typically spaced out across multiple days.

  • These are typically delivered virtually and spaced out across multiple days, weeks or months. They are also available to be delivered in person, all at once, over the span of 2 days.

  • We offer virtual add-on coaching cohorts for participants to dive deeper into the core principles covered in the initial sessions. These are facilitated by a Different facilitator and provide participants with a structured space for peer-to-peer community building.

  • We’ve facilitated multiple DEI sessions over the last decade but after finding so much success with our DEI Starter Series and Manager Learning Labs, we knew we had found our secret sauce. Therefore, we primarily focus on these two offerings.
